Fresh fish and shell-fish
Being next to the sea, the fish dishes are numerous and
delicious. The clean and spacious restaurant has panoramic
views over the Channel. You can enjoy a wonderful meal while
watching ferries sail in and out of the Port. There is a
beautifully decorated large first floor room for large
parties. Prices start at about 130FF a head.
Bertrand Lefebvre has English ancestors - he is a
member of the famous "Boot" lace-making family of Calais.
He went to boarding school in Canterbury so speaks English.
He trained under Paul Bocuse at "Collonges-au-Mont
d'Or", and several other great names in French
