Old watermill still working on the River Authie You can see flour milled, then baked into bread	Ancient watermill Sitting in the mill's cafe on the banks of the River Authie, you enjoy the peaceful scene, the green woods, the rush of water over the sluice gates.... Tours Inside the old mill, parts of which date back to the 12th century, you saw flour being ground in the millstones. In the bakery next to the mill, the baker demonstrated the making of traditional bread - with tantalising smells. School groups are catered for, and the mill also has a restaurant.
Background information Watermills of the region Windmills Farming Bread	...Well worth a visit. A beautiful old water mill in a lovely setting.
