Antoine PROYE set up his own restaurant in the heart of Lille, not far from his father's famous restaurant "L'Huîtrière" - known as "the most handsome fish restaurant in France". L'Ecume des Mers is more of a brasserie, serving fresh fish at more affordable prices. There is a selection of other dishes with menus that change daily.
